About Us
The Mansion House at Alfie's has been family owned since 1974, (as Alfie's Hotel), when the owners fell in love with the area. Since then, it has been transferred to the current owners, Christopher and Stephanie Streich, who took on an extensive renovation project to restore the building's beauty and functionality; combining small rooms, and creating a common area for guests to get together and relax. - A blend of historic charm, traditional elements, with a few modern touches.
Because of its central location, from the Mansion House at Alfie's, you are within walking distance of nearly every restaurant and shop the village has to offer. If you don't have a car, hop on the Trailways bus, it stops just next door!
The Mansion House at Alfie's offers 8 cozy rooms in renovated colonial building, with affordable rates and a great location.
We are just minutes away from Hunter Mountain skiing and snowtubing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and snowmobiling during the winter, and swimming, hiking, mountain biking, and fishing at North Lake in summer.
There are countless activities to satisfy a wide array of interests for the outdoor lover in every season!- And when you're not busy exploring nature, take a stroll through the village; stop by our many unique shops, art galleries, and antique stores, get a bite to eat at one of many local eateries, enjoy the festivals, car shows, and craft fairs!
